Drumming is a mindful meditation and no experience is necessary. We provide three styles of drums plus percussion so it’s a great opportunity to try all styles of drums during the practice. We do stress relief rounds and meditation rounds, together learning simple rhythms with laughter and fun! This is not about musicianship; it’s about healing and using drumming as a therapeutic tool for health and wellbeing.
