Participants may bring a light eye mask or comfort pillow if desired. We provide soft blankets and mats for added comfort.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full service amount. Cancellations made earlier than 24 hours will not be refunded, but the full amount will be placed as a credit on your Joy & Vitality Centre account for future use toward any service, class, workshop, or product purchase.
