How Halotherapy Works
Our Himalayan Salt Cave uses a professional halogenerator that grinds pharmaceutical-grade salt into fine micro-particles dispersed into the air. These dry salt particles are inhaled during your session to support respiratory wellness, sinus comfort, skin health, and deeper relaxation.
Supports Breathing & Seasonal Recovery
Many Calgary clients book halotherapy during allergy season, wildfire smoke exposure, sinus congestion, and cold recovery. Dry salt therapy is often chosen to support easier breathing, mucus clearance, and airway comfort while helping the body relax and regulate stress.
Perfect for Adults & Children
Our private Salt Cave sessions are suitable for adults, children, and families looking for natural respiratory support, skin wellness, stress relief, and nervous system recovery. A calm, quiet environment makes it easy to rest, breathe deeply, and reset.
What is Salt Therapy (Halotherapy) & How Does It Work?
Halotherapy is a dry salt therapy method where pharmaceutical-grade salt is ground into microscopic particles and dispersed into the air through a professional halogenerator.
During your session, these micro-particles are inhaled while you relax in our Himalayan Salt Cave. This controlled environment is designed to support breathing comfort, sinus congestion, seasonal allergies, skin wellness, and nervous system recovery.
Many Calgary clients choose halotherapy during allergy season, after illness, during wildfire smoke exposure, or when dealing with ongoing respiratory irritation.
What to Expect in Our Himalayan Salt Cave
Our private Himalayan Salt Cave is built with over 15,000 lbs of Himalayan pink salt to create a calming halotherapy environment designed for breathing support, relaxation, and nervous system recovery.
Each session is private and allows up to 8 guests in reclining zero-gravity chairs while our professional halogenerator disperses dry salt micro-particles into the air.
