What is Salt Therapy (Halotherapy)?
Halotherapy is an alternative method that helps with overall wellness, which involves breathing in salty air. We use a medical device called a halo generator, which grinds 99.9% Pure USP Grade NaCL salt into microscopic particles releasing them into the air while also saturating with minerals and negative ions. You will be able to inhale, absorb and ingest the tiny salt particles to help aid in overall wellness
With 15,000lbs of Himalayan pink salt covering its walls and floors, our salt cave is like nothing you’ve seen. Up to 5 guests are seated in reclining zero-gravity chairs and encouraged to focus on deep breathing while a Halo-Generator works and soft music plays. Blankets are provided, as the cave is kept at 18-20 degrees to recreate authentic salt mine microclimates found in Europe. The session is 45 minutes long and you’ll be provided with a blanket and told ahead of time to dress comfortably. Respect the no-talking rule to ensure relaxation and enjoyment.

A salt therapy booth with Halogenerator is a compact, enclosed unit used for halotherapy—a wellness treatment that disperses tiny dry salt particles into the air. These microscopic particles are inhaled or absorbed through the skin, helping improve respiratory health and treat skin conditions.
Compared to traditional salt cave, salt booths offer shorter, more concentrated sessions, lasting 20 minutes, while delivering the same benefits. It provides a more efficient way to experience salt therapy in a controlled, convenient environment.

- 24 hours cancellation policy applies: a full charge will be applied for cancellations within 24 hours of the booking
- Please arrive 15 minutes before session starts. Late students will not be admitted.
