Ceylon aka “True” Cinnamon

Ceylon cinnamon (cinnamomum verum) aka true cinnamon comes from the inner bark of a Sri Lankan Evergreen Tree. What are the most common health benefits Ceylon Cinnamon? Well my friends, let me tell you:

- Improves blood lipid profiles
- Serves as an anti-inflammatory
- It improves digestion
Triphala and Gugul Powder
Triphala and Gugul has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. Ithelps to support bowel health and aid digestion. Powerful antioxidant, helps to detoxify the body and support the immune system.
Triphala and Gugul Powder contains powerful anti-inflammatory compounds that may help protect against certain cancers and other chronic diseases. Studies have shown Triphala may help treat constipation, promote weight loss and resolve dental issues (gum).
Take Triphala between meals on an empty stomach for maximum absorption. 1/2 tsp can be mixed with warm water and honey.
