Massage Therapy Booking & Cancellation Policy
$50 Booking Deposit
A $50 deposit is required to secure your massage therapy appointment with Alberta Allard, RMT. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your scheduled massage session.
Cancellations With at Least 24 Hours’ Notice
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, your $50 deposit will remain as a credit on your account and can be applied toward your next massage therapy appointment with Alberta Allard.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled massage session fee. Your $50 deposit will be retained and applied toward this cancellation fee, with the remaining balance charged accordingly.
