Art Therapy in Calgary
At Whole Soul Healing, I provide art therapy in Calgary at Joy and Vitality Centre for children (ages 5+), teens, and adults. Art therapy is a gentle yet powerful approach that allows people to express feelings and experiences that can be difficult to put into words. Through drawing, painting, collage, or other creative processes, clients can explore emotions, release stress, and uncover new insights about themselves.
What is Art Therapy?
Art therapy uses creative expression as a pathway to healing. You don’t need to be “good at art” to benefit—this process is about expression, not perfection. The act of creating can bypass the thinking mind and allow the unconscious to bring forward what has been carried inside. In a safe and supportive space, art becomes a tool for processing emotions, shifting patterns, and restoring balance.
